WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM TRAINING AT LATTIMORE FITNESS & TRAINSMART PERFORMANCE?

At Lattimore Fitness & TrainSmart Performance you can expect to experience a highly qualified team of strength and conditioning specialists who work passionately to help you reach your goals! Our individualized semi-private training experience is unlike any other. As a member of our “Latty Fit” family you will have access to the guidance, support, and programming expertise of our coaches, a positive & goal oriented all- inclusive training culture, as well as the ability to train out of our state of the art training facility!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can get started right away by contacting us to set up an initial assessment! This comprehensive movement assessment is completely complimentary. During your assessment we will go over your medical/previous injury history, experience with exercise, as well as the goals you are looking to achieve through starting a strength and conditioning program! From there we then take a look at both passive and active mobility as well as your biomechanics while performing foundational movement patterns. This assessment gives us the information that we need to create an individualized training experience that will help you get closer to YOUR health and wellness goals!

HOW LONG IS A TRAINING SESSION?

However long it takes you to get your programmed work done! Generally, each training session lasts an hour in duration. This includes proper warm up and cool-down.

WHAT WILL I NEED FOR MY INITIAL ASSESSMENT/TRAINING SESSION?

All that we ask is that you bring an open mindedness to learn and a willingness to work hard towards your health and wellness goals! Oh yeah, and make sure you wear clothes that you are comfortable to move in.
