Teddy O’Connor, MS, CSCS, SCCC is a Director of Fitness and Performance and oversees our Webster location. Teddy has his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville. He has his CSCS certification through the NSCA and his SCCC from the CSCCa.
